LDS are also specialists in the installation and movement of networked products and offer the following installation or product move services
• All new build developments and projects
• All existing refurbishment projects
• Any UK based installation
• Any overseas installation (where customers do not have an installation team)
• Commission the product at any of the aforementioned
• Provide any other technical assistance at the request of the customer
We aim to achieve the above by utilizing our own resource in terms of highly skilled experienced engineers with considerable knowledge of networked products; Touch Bet Roulette, Rapid Roulette and Jackpot Stud Poker to name but a few. For those products our engineers are not highly experience with we would propose that they undertake extensive product training from the relevant product manufacturers and continue to work in partnership with the customer to ensure they are always technically able if changes are implemented.
In addition to our own resources we have agreements in place with 3rd party organizations which can offer service support of networked products, engineer callout facilities with nationwide coverage and call center support services. Other services include; product transportation (delivery/collection) and components resourcing and supply. All of these could potentially be of additional benefit to the customer.
